Since 2009 I’ve been helping people learn about how they can reach their goals. It started in personal finance. Then it moved to building a life the way YOU want it as a full-time traveler working from anywhere. This was followed by a transition to helping companies and individuals think about sustainability more holistically.
Current Projects
In August 2022, I launched Soma Realty Investments, LLC as a means to deploy mission-aligned capital into ESG-style commercial real estate projects. This means all potential investments go through a rigorous screening process to ensure they provide some sort of benefit to the communities they are situated in. Examples include neighborhood revitalization initiatives, commercial multi-family with a significant affordable housing component, and green building projects.
More recently, I expanded the vision for this portfolio to include early-stage capital for start-ups in EdTech, MedTech, and companies focused on addressing social/environmental issues as an integral part of their business model.
In March 2023 I joined Northeast Work & Safety Boats in an official role that I had been consulting for already. I support the company as the Director of Business Development and Operations for the Mid-Atlantic, and run their growing fleet of under bridge inspection units (snoopers) all across the market.
